By accessing or using the rolex11 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the rolex11 platform for any purpose.

The rolex11 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. rolex11 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to close any account found to be in breach of this age requirement.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on rolex11. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and truthful.
Usernames and passwords are the sole responsibility of the account holder. rolex11 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials. Users are advised to use a strong password, never share their login details with anyone, and contact the support team immediately if they suspect any suspicious activity on their account.
Rolex11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraud, identity misrepresentation, exploitation of platform systems, or any activity that violates these terms. In such cases, the account balance may be held pending investigation, and rolex11 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during that period.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the rolex11 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them. rolex11 does not accept payments from third parties on a user's behalf.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account once payment confirmation is received through the channel used — whether FPX, an e-wallet, or another supported local method. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and may range from a few minutes to one business day in certain cases.
Withdrawals are subject to an account verification process that may require supporting documents. rolex11 reserves the right to hold withdrawals while identity verification is being completed. Any withdrawal attempt involving amounts that exceed the set limits without completing the verification procedures may result in the temporary suspension of that transaction.
Rolex11 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by banks or third-party payment providers in connection with transactions made through the platform. Users are advised to review the terms of service of their respective payment providers before carrying out any transaction.
User Responsibilities & Liability Limitations
Users agree not to use the rolex11 platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems, using automated software or bots to perform actions within the platform, distributing inappropriate or unlawful content through platform channels, and any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities for unfair gain.
Rolex11 provides this platform on an "as is" basis with no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, rolex11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by users in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Rolex11's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding any claim. Users acknowledge that this limitation is a fundamental condition of the agreement to use this platform.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the rolex11 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, software code, and layout — is the exclusive property of rolex11 or parties that have licensed it to rolex11. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from rolex11.
The rolex11 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational convenience. rolex11 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement or approval of that site's content. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
The rolex11 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are registered intellectual property and are fully protected. Unauthorised use may result in legal action. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Rolex11 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via an in-platform notice or by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after a change notice has been published constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal action relating to the rolex11 platform.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. rolex11's failure to enforce any right under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
